Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



All live plants will be final sale with the exception if you have received the wrong order or plant. We do not accept responsibility for delays in shipping or loss of plants caused by shipping.

For all other products we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pest Policy:

No refunds on plants with pests. All of our plants are closely monitored but we cannot guarantee pest-free plants. We take pride in our plants and we use many preventative measures to keep pests away. However, as we know pests can be inevitable despite preventative measures. We will be more than happy to offer you advice to the best of our knowledge to rehabilitate your plants.
